Q: What does the rental fee include?

A: Private onsite parking; Tables and chairs for your guests; Prep kitchen for your caterer; Onsite Event manager; Preparation room for your event needs; Basic housekeeping and facilities support


Q: what is the policy for booking or reserving an event date?

A: Clients may book up to one year in advance. Our cut off is 30 days prior to event date.


Q: Can i hold a calendar date while i decided?

A: Upon your initial inquiry, we will hold a calendar date for 5 days. This date will be released after 5 days. Once you sign a contract with us, 25% of the total deposit is due within 10 days of signing in order to confirm your event date.


Q: are we required to hire an event coordinator?

A: Yes, we do require that you hire a coordinator for your event. We want you to be able to enjoy the party without having to worry about schedule, trash, tables, dishes, food, etc. The Foundation Center onsite event manager is responsible for the overall management of the venue and its policies & procedures, but does not act as the event coordinator.

Q: do we need to purchase event insurance?

A: Yes, you will need to secure day-of event insurance. We recommend eventhelper.com. The cost is typically around $125 but my be more.


Q: what is your capacity?

A: We can accommodate a maximum of 350 guests for a seated dinner in our Shepherd Hall Ballroom.


Q: may i bring my own caterer?

A: Outside catering is allowed at no additional cost. We require your caterer to provide us with catering insurance and their catering license.


Q: may i bring my own alcohol?

A: Yes! BYOB! We allow you to purchase and bring your own alcohol. All alcohol must be served by our contracted bartenders. Self-service of alcohol is not permitted

Q: do you offer audio visual capabilities?

A: Our facility is built with audio/visual capabilities and includes wireless microphones, podium, screen and projector.


Q: how long can we rent your facility?

A: Alcohol service will stop at 12:00 am, Music must be off by 1:00 am. All guests, vendors and client must exit the facility and parking lot on or before 2:00 am


Q: is your facility ADA Accessible?

A: Yes, our facility is equipped with ramps into the facility and within the facility for easy access to the main ballroom and other areas.
